How We Operate

Governance Principles

Independence

Operates independently of government and industry — ensuring impartial regulation in the public interest.

Transparency

All regulatory decisions, proceedings, and instruments are published and publicly accessible at all times.

Accountability

Accountable to the Enugu State government, legislature, stakeholders, and the public it serves.

Fairness

Regulatory processes conducted fairly for all parties — generators, distributors, suppliers, and consumers.
