ENUGU STATE OFF-GRID ELECTRIFICATION POLICY

Enugu State's Off-Grid Electrification Policy opens the market to private investors. Backed by tax exemptions, guarantees, land access and fee waivers, it targets unserved communities, health centres, schools, agro-clusters and industrial zones through distributed renewable energy, supporting the State's 690MW, 20-hour power goal by 2030 and a $30 billion economy.
