About This Instrument

The Enugu State Electricity Law 2023 is the foundational legislation for electricity regulation in Enugu State. It establishes the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission (EERC), defines its mandate, powers, and functions, and provides the legal framework for the regulation of electricity generation, transmission, distribution, supply, and retail within Enugu State.
