Pursuant to the provisions of the EERC NG Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission Business Rules 2024, MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited (MainPower), a distribution licensee in Enugu State, has filed a petition before the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission (the Commission), for the review of Order No. EERC/2025/003: Tariff Order for MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited 2025 issued by the Commission and dated 18th July 2025.

Parties desiring to participate in the hearing as intervenors shall formally apply to the Commission not later than Friday, 12th September 2025.
Intervention shall be allowed at the discretion of the Commission upon an application that satisfies the requirement of sufficient interest and does not occasion unnecessary delay.
Such application shall indicate their interest in the subject matter for the Commission’s consideration and approval.
